About Brent
Who I Am & Why I Do This
I’m a husband, a father, a builder, and a believer in doing things the right way — especially when it’s harder.
Before the stages and the brands, I was a kid growing up in a small town, watching hard work, integrity, and responsibility modeled in front of me every day. I didn’t learn work ethic from a book. I learned it from people who showed up early, stayed late, and took pride in what they built.
That foundation still shapes everything I do.
A Builder’s Journey
Over the past three decades, I’ve built companies, launched startups, led teams — and failed publicly more than once. What I’ve learned: real success rarely comes from talent alone. It’s built on clarity, consistency, and character.
I’ve lived on both sides of the highlight reel. I’ve experienced momentum and uncertainty, growth and reset, wins and lessons. And through it all, one thing has remained true: people don’t need more noise — they need more clarity.
That’s where I focus.
The Through-Line
Today, my work sits at the intersection of clarity, courage, and responsibility. Whether I’m on a stage, in a boardroom, or building a brand, my focus is the same: helping people build lives and businesses they’re proud to stand behind.
I build. I speak. I coach. I create.
Not because it looks good — but because I believe in leaving things better than I found them.
How I Work
I’m known for:
Honest, story-driven communication
Practical insight rooted in real experience
Warm, direct coaching that doesn’t dance around the truth
Helping people cut through pressure and expectation to reconnect with what actually matters
People often tell me they feel clearer, steadier, and more grounded after we talk.
That’s the goal.
Why I Care
I care about legacy. About inheritance. About the quiet things we pass down without realizing it.
Work ethic.
Integrity.
Courage.
Faith.
I believe the way we show up matters — for our families, our teams, and the people watching us when we don’t think anyone is.
And I believe that clarity isn’t a luxury — it’s a responsibility.
A Little More Human
I’ve been married for nearly four decades. I’m fiercely proud of my kids. I believe in early mornings, hard conversations, and steady commitment. I still get fired up about a good story, a well-built brand, and people choosing to take ownership of their lives.
I’m not interested in being impressive.
I’m interested in being useful.
If You’re Here
If you’re here because you’re leading something, building something, or simply trying to figure
out what’s next — you’re in good company.
I’d be honored to walk with you.
