We’re one week into the new year, and I’m on pace to crush my 2023 goals and resolutions. I’m not cockin’ off, I just know what it takes to bring hopes, dreams and goals to fruition. And it only took me like a bazillion tries and do-overs to figure it out. Most people spend an inordinate amount of time and energy studying, preparing and analyzing how they will accomplish their goals. And while they are doing so, I’m out here taking action … my one tool. While others page through cookbooks looking for new ways to perfect a birthday cake, or watch 13 YouTube clips detailing the best form when doing pushups, I’m in the kitchen baking and in the gym grinding. Notice the difference? Which describes your approach to goals? Lights, Camera … can we get to the freakin’ ACTION?! Don’t overthink your 2023 goals. You’ll just discover a myriad of reasons why they might not work. Just take action … today.
